1. Acceptance

By using this website, booking an appointment, or consulting with Care4Her Clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About us

Care4Her Clinic is led by Dr. Madhavi Vinod Jaware, BAMS, a registered Ayurveda practitioner (Reg: I 33424 A1). We offer in-clinic consultations in Baner, Pune, and teleconsultation via WhatsApp video.

3. Nature of services

We provide Ayurvedic and women’s health consultation, including PCOS care, pre-conception planning, antenatal and postnatal care, menstrual health, menopause care, and Panchakarma. We do not provide surgical, emergency, or inpatient care.

4. Booking and payment

• Appointments are booked via WhatsApp, phone, or online.
• Consultation fees are payable before or during the consultation through the payment method we share with you.
• Prices may change without notice.

5. Cancellation and refund

• You may cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before your appointment without charge.
• Refunds for cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment are at our discretion.
• Once a consultation has taken place, it is not refundable.

7. Teleconsultation

Teleconsultation is conducted in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) and equivalent Ayurveda teleconsultation guidance. Teleconsultation has limitations. A physical examination may be required for certain conditions, in which case we will ask you to visit the clinic.

8. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued based on the information you share. Withholding or providing inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of your treatment plan. Follow the prescription as directed. Consult us before stopping or changing any medication.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Care4Her Clinic or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

10. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

11. Third-party services

We use WhatsApp, payment gateways, and cloud providers. Their terms apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for their actions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the consultation fee paid for the relevant consultation.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
