Dr. Madhavi Jaware spends 30 to 40 minutes per consult, runs a proper hormonal workup, and builds a plan around your cycle, your reports and your life.

What the workup actually looks like
Detailed history
Cycles, past pregnancies, medications, family history, lifestyle, partner history. Things short consults skip.
Hormonal panel
AMH, FSH, LH, prolactin, TSH, vitamin D, insulin, fasting glucose, lipid profile when indicated.
Cycle and ovulation tracking
Ultrasound and follicular monitoring with referral to a trusted radiology partner in Baner if needed.
Lifestyle and nutrition plan
Personalised diet, sleep, stress and supplementation plan that supports the workup, not replaces it.
How we differ from a 10-minute IVF clinic
We are not an IVF mill. We do not push ART as the first answer. For most couples, a careful three to six month protocol that fixes hormones, ovulation, lifestyle and partner factors gets results without IVF. When it does not, we refer transparently to a trusted IVF specialist with your full workup in hand, so you do not start from zero. Either way, you understand what is happening and why.
Where appropriate, treatment combines clinical medicine with targeted Ayurvedic protocols (Panchakarma, herbal support). These are clinical tools, not a religion. They are used because they work for specific cases like recurrent miscarriage, hormonal imbalance and post-PCOS recovery, and only alongside standard monitoring.
