Menopause care that takes your symptoms seriously

Most women reach menopause having heard one line over and over: it is just your age, learn to live with it. That is not treatment. Perimenopause and menopause are a real hormonal transition that needs a proper workup, symptom relief, and screening for the changes that matter long term. Dr. Madhavi Jaware has spent 26 years guiding women through exactly this.

Symptoms we treat

  • Hot flashes and night sweats.
  • Broken sleep and daytime fatigue.
  • Mood swings, anxiety, or low mood.
  • Brain fog and trouble concentrating.
  • Joint pain, stiffness, and weight gain around the middle.
  • Vaginal dryness and discomfort.
  • Irregular, heavy, or unpredictable periods in perimenopause.

How a menopause consult works

Identify the stage

Perimenopause, menopause and the years after each need a different plan. We name the stage from your cycle history and symptoms before anything else.

Full blood workup

Thyroid panel, blood count, vitamin D and B12, fasting glucose, lipid profile. Many menopause symptoms turn out to be treatable deficiencies.

Bone and heart review

The years after menopause change bone density and heart risk. We screen early so problems are prevented, not discovered late.

Symptom and lifestyle plan

A specific plan for sleep, hot flashes, mood, strength and diet, with an honest discussion of clinical options where symptoms are severe.

What care actually looks like

Most women feel a clear difference in sleep and hot flashes within 4 to 8 weeks of a consistent plan. Mood, joint pain and energy follow on a slower curve. We do not promise an instant fix, because the transition is gradual and honest care has to be too. We do promise a plan you understand, symptoms that are tracked, and a doctor who answers on WhatsApp when something changes.

Where helpful, treatment combines clinical management with specific Ayurvedic protocols, for example Shatavari and Ashwagandha for hot flashes and sleep, or gentle Panchakarma for the fatigue and stiffness that come with falling oestrogen. These are tools, not a substitute for monitoring. Hormone therapy is discussed openly when symptoms are severe and a referral is the right step.
