What recovery actually looks like
Most patients see cycle regularity return within 3 to 6 months of consistent treatment. Acne, hair and weight respond on a slower curve, usually 6 to 12 months. We do not promise a fix in two weeks because no honest doctor can. We do promise a plan you understand, results you can measure on your own labs, and a doctor who picks up on WhatsApp when something does not feel right.
Where helpful, treatment combines clinical management with specific Ayurvedic protocols (for example Panchakarma in insulin-resistant PCOS, herbal support for cycle restoration). These are tools, not a substitute for monitoring.
